Carving Out Sacred Moments: Finding Time to Spend with God
Happy Monday! As we kickstart a new week, we pause to express our gratitude to our Heavenly Father for granting us another week filled with opportunities and blessings. Today, we explore the art of finding time to spend with God amidst the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. In our busy schedules, it is essential to create sacred moments where we can seek His presence, guidance, and will.
Bible Scriptures offer us insights into the significance of spending time with God. Let's reflect on a few of these passages:
1. Psalm 46:10 - "Be still, and know that I am God." This verse reminds us to find moments of stillness and quietness, where we can connect with God and know Him more deeply.
2. Matthew 6:33 - "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." Prioritizing our relationship with God is essential, for when we seek Him first, everything else falls into place.
3. Jeremiah 29:13 - "You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart." God assures us that when we wholeheartedly seek Him, we will find Him.
