Don't Doubt God - 5 Biblical Examples

Today, I want to talk to you about the importance of not doubting God. Doubt can creep into our thoughts and cause us to question our faith, but we must remember that God is always with us and that we can trust in His plan for our lives.

Here are five biblical examples of not doubting God:

1. Abraham trusted God's promise that he would have a son, even though he and his wife were advanced in age.

2. David trusted that God would help him defeat the giant Goliath, even though he was just a young shepherd boy.

3. Esther trusted that God would deliver her people from the evil Haman, even though it meant risking her own life.

4. Mary trusted that God would fulfill His promise of a Savior, even though she was just a young woman.

5. Peter trusted that God would keep him safe as he walked on water, even though it defied all logic.

As we read these stories, we can see that doubt can be overcome with faith in God's promises. So today, let us pray for discernment and wisdom, and ask God to clean our hearts and renew our minds so that we can trust in Him completely.

Dear Father God, 
We bless your name this Friday morning. 
May we start our days with the peace that you are with us. 
Forgive us our sins, as we forgive others. 
Grant us discernment and wisdom today. 
Clean our hearts and renew our minds today. 
Let us be anxious for anything. 
Protect us and our loved ones today. 
Answer prayers. 
In Jesus’ name, we pray.
