Start your day with gratitude: Begin your day by thanking God for the gift of life and all the blessings in your life.
You can use Psalm 118:24 as a morning prayer:
"This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it."
Psalm 118 is a great verse to use as a general prayer. While in prayer, I have found reading the Book of Psalms very helpful. It helps when you are unsure of what to pray about.
Practice gratitude throughout the day: Take time to notice and appreciate the good things in your life, no matter how small.
